Nikon To Salute The Photographic Community At The Lakme Fashion Week 2007!

There’s a new star at the Lakme Fashion Week 2007 … and it’s flashing! In addition to the talented designers and stunning models, it will be Nikon cameras that will make a fashion statement at LFW ’07. Nikon is the ‘Official Camera’ for the LFW, India’s biggest fashion event. LFW is a joint initiative between Lakme, a leading cosmetics and style brand, and IMG, the global leader in fashion events.
Some of the most spectacular shots at this year’s LFW will be the result Nikon’s craftsmanship and the lensman’s expertise. Celebrating the role of the photographer in getting to the heart of the image, this year’s LFW will also witness Nikon paying a special tribute to Indian photographers, in a manner that will be the first of its kind world over.
Nikon is not just a company; it is a symbol of passion for photography. Nikon promotes the culture of photography around the globe. In keeping with this, Nikon will host a workshop – ‘Forever Nikon’ at the LFW, providing an opportunity for photographers to experience its world class products and innovations.
