Nikon Products Awarded by iF Design Award 2019

The internationally prestigious design award recognises the COOLPIX P1000, DF-M1 Dot Sight, and Nikon Z mount system for the product discipline


New Delhi – 1st March, 2019: Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. 100% subisidiary of Nikon Corporation Tokyo, is pleased to announce that its products have received the iF Design Award 2019 for the product discipline.

Compact Digital Camera "COOLPIX P1000"/ “DF-M1 Dot Sight”

The DF-M1 Dot Sight is an accessory that helps with keeping track of the intended subject within the frame during super telephoto photography.

Nikon Z mount system

The Z mount system is comprised of mirrorless cameras featuring a new, larger-diameter mount, and compatible NIKKOR Z lenses and accessories.

The iF Design Award is a globally prestigious design award sponsored by iF International Forum Design GmbH since 1953. The iF Design Award consists of several disciplines such as product, communication, and packaging. This time, 6,375 entries from 52 countries were evaluated by renowned experts.
